Max B Appeal Denied, Will Remain In Prison Until 2042

Max B will serve out the next 30 years in prison.

Max B’s appeal of multiple counts stemming from his role in a robbery attempt-turned-homicide has officially fallen through, as the Dipset member now faces the next 30 years in prison before the possibility of parole.

Rapdose.com reports that the earliest Max B can leave prison is November 9, 2042.

The rapper, real name Charly Wingate, was convicted on 9 of 11 counts of murder and robbery charges as the result of an incident in New Jersey that left David Taylor shot dead.

In April 2011, Max B was hopeful that he could be released from prison in the Summer of 2011.

Police Investigating Murder At Rick Ross’ Home In Miami, Florida

A man was shot and killed in front of Rick Ross’ Miami Gardens residence.

Police are investigating the murder of a 40-year-old man shot in front of Rick Ross’ Miami, Florida home earlier this morning.

According to TMZ, Ricky Rozay was not at his home at the time of the shooting. He is not considered a suspect in the murder of the unidentified man, who was discovered laying inside the gate at the residence.

Cops are unsure if the victim is connected to Ross, but plan on asking him questions about their relationship. Ross is yet to comment on the matter.

STAR TREK 2 IN THE MAKING

The first set photos and videos from Star Trek 2 have gone online. Because some of you are such raging spoilerphobes, I’ve put the images after the jump along with my comments. Enjoy waiting for the marketing to spoil everything.

Hit the jump to check out the set photos and videos. The film stars Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, Simon Pegg, Anton Yelchin, Karl Urban, John Cho, Alice Eve, Peter Weller, Noel Clarke, and Benedict Cumberbatch. Star Trek 2 opens May 17, 2013.

As you can see, the image reveals that Spock (Zachary Quinto) and Benedict Cumberbatch‘s mystery villain are probably not going to be BFFs. According to MTV, the two are fighting on “a space barge set”, and while MTV says that Cumberbatch is wearing “a black version of the [Star Fleet] uniform under his coat,” I’m not seeing it. Another image has Uhura (Zoe Saldana) drawing a phaser on Cumberatch’s character, but like the other photo, there’s no context. Let the rampant speculation begin!
